We recommend at least 3 days for custom cakes, and a week or more for large quinceañera or wedding cakes. Call us and we'll let you know what's possible — we'll do our best for last-minute requests too.
We bake before sunrise and restock throughout the day. Mornings have the widest selection of pan dulce, and bolillos come out warm multiple times a day. Come early for the best variety!
Yes! We do assorted pan dulce trays, cookie boxes, and bolillos by the dozen for parties, offices, and gatherings. Give us a day's notice for larger orders so everything is fresh.
Absolutely. Tres leches is available by the slice in the case, or as a whole cake for celebrations. We can also do tres leches as the base for custom decorated cakes.
